Fasting is a total abstinence from evil surrounding you so as to connect with God on holy hour. Also,a situation you are more concerned to the things of heaven rather than the earthly things.

In addition to that where flesh has no power to affect the things you do so as to communicate with God on a daily basis for direction,vision and power.

Facts to be considered in Fasting

(1)That life was in phases and each part is revealing and only those who truly have faith in him can see the blessing thereof.

(2)It remind us that there is a time and season for everything in life.

(3)That you have to acknowledge a super power for the blessing.

(4) That in the one you served there is a new hope,new aspiration and new blessing.

(5)It reminds all christian that there is a rewarding system attached to the fasting period. Thus,holiness is a must to seek and desire through daily connection.

(6)That in the establishment of the churches necessitated the coming together of all faithful to seek his face on a daily basis.Thus the instance of getting connected to your maker(Fasting period).

(7)That man was made to live and die but you will be remembered for the contribution done for humanity.

(8)In between life there is pain and suffering and even death.But you can still appreciate God in everything you do.

(9)That we should always surrender to him and ensure all men propagate his gospel throughout the world.

(10)That it was just simply the grace of God to be blessed by him and ensure you are committed to the things of the spirit.
