We don't need Àmọ́tekun,
So pronounced everywhere and heard,
The arms and ammunition would be given,
To protect lives and properties of the people.

Lips service to the security operations,
Security is not bad anyway,
Our minds need to be free from every evil,
The most dangerous things,
That was developed for the wrong reasons.

Love, peace and unity is what we needed,
Poverty and famine should flee from Nigeria,
That should be the major concerned,
For the elected leaders, 
Enough of the story that touch,
We can do more and be better for it.
