To make chin-chin is not hard to do. Buy them from the market. Ensures you have got the suitable ones. If not sieve it to separate the shaft from the main flower. Pour it inside a bowl or basin. Add little water to them.
Use your hand to firm up the flour. Add the right ingredient to get the best taste. Get your necessary tools ready for the work.
Spread apart the mixed flour for cutting. Be stylish cut the flour neatly. Pour it inside a small plate. Fry them one after the other.
Make it averagely fried up not crunchy so as not to affect your teeth. Don't make it too soft make it the exact one. Get ready to be served in any packaged form.
